Also add what you already tried so far.
-Reinstalling FiveM
-Disabling windows defender and all anti virus
-Reinstalling GTA 5

Error code 2 is ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND meaning that that particular file was not found. This file is part of the FiveM installation, resulting in me to believe that FiveM isn’t installing correctly. The main reason is another piece of software deleting the file (i.e. your antivirus software). Uninstall it, disabling it often doesn’t completely disable it.

Then delete caches.xml from your FiveM Application Data folder (sometimes called FiveM.app) and run FiveM again

As you can see by your .tmp files, the installation did not complete. Just like I had suspected, read my other response. That will get your installation to complete.

Thanks for the solution, finally after deleting caches.xml several times it work
