I have a Ryzen 7 2700x and a 1660 Ti
I got the issue from opening the file i downloaded from the website (Fivem.exe)

Yup, I have the same crash, and I’m gonna just add the dump file as OP didn’t. For me the crash loks like there’s something broken with the net-tcp-server.dll file as it’s the one that throws the exception/error.
Also my specs are: Ryzen 3700X and AMD Radeon RX 580
