What did you do to get this issue? On startup
What server did you get this issue on?

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin?

Also add what you already tried so far. Reboot PC, Reinstal RedM, install and uninstal recent windows updates, turning off and on display adapters, update .NET, paste glue.dll and vulkan-1.dll from other users.

I do not have any issues with RedM so far, yesterday i’ve played few hours on my fav server. Today when I boot my PC and try to get into game this error was happen and since then I can not get rid of it no matter what fixes I try to apply

Anyone anything? For now I’ve fixed this error only by reinstalling windows, but after few days I’ve encounter it again.
