Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes
The launcher keeps on restarting. when I start it “twice” it downloads the cache but not the rest. I’ve tried a) vpn b) deleting cache.xml after cache installation c) installing vcredist d) updating windows also d0p3t tried to help me via team viewer, but still trying to resolve this issue. Help is much appreciated Thanks!
