I’m trying to load into RedM for the first time and all i get is “could not exchange ticket”. i dont know how to resolve this issue. i never get to server selection. i made sure my rockstar login is good. i have used FiveM and had no issues with GTAV. The only thing that i think could be the problem is the fact that i bought the online only version. i dont know if that matters or not but its the version i have. is there something im missing or does anyone have a solution to this?

I have the same issue and I have done a fresh install of the game as well as loading the game up. This only just started so not sure what has happened.
too anyone still needing a solution: make sure when you launch Redm and the rockstar sign in that pops up, you are using the same account to sign in that you have the licence/copy of the game on. I noticed I had the game on account A and shows up in rockstar launcher etc, but when Redm launcher was appearing I was using account B. Might just be my mistake, but that fixed the issue for me.
