Could not contact entitlement service. Status code: 503 [FiveM Error]

This is my first time creating a topic. I use translation because I don’t speak English. My apologies.
Currently, when I try to play FiveM, I can’t play it with the following error on both server/Singleplayer.
It was running fine until yesterday and there are no mods added or different software installed since then.
Is there any solution to this problem? I would appreciate a reply.

Up to date? yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Epic games
Windows version? 10 Home 64bit
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? yes
