What server did you get this issue on? I’m trying to create a home hosted server of my own.

Yes. I registered a server on keymaster.fivem.net. I looked up “what is my IP4 address”, and I put that same address into keymaster.fivem.net when registering my server. The IP address shown in the error message is still the same as my IP4 address when I look it up.
