What did you do to get this issue?
Deleted cache to try and help with texture loss issue unrelated to current technical support post, and tried to load into server that I was just on previous to deleting cache folder and caches.xml

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
No antivirus installed

Also add what you already tried so far.

Reinstalled FiveM, deleted cache folder, caches.xml. When that didn’t work, I deleted all items in cache folder except for game. Server owner restarted the server, cleared server cache. Issue only appears on one server, all other servers seem unaffected, even ones I joined before deleting caches initially which caused the issue in the first place. Restarted computer and smashed forehead on keyboard. Any help would be appreciated.

Me and an other guy have the same problem … dont know yet how to solve srry . But if u know plz say something. The thing that i noticed was that i can play in other servers.

Solved!

The fix: The server owner must update or restart the resource causing the error. (Meaning the issue is server side.) So in my case it is resource.rpf, which is part of fivem, so the server owner had to update the fivem cache server side.
