I have opened a ticket on Discord for support, it´s been 5 days since I opened it. I am not happy at all with the support provided. How can I obtain a refund for this?

Update qb 
Hi iv follwed all steps all my qb is updated we having trouble with comsumebles when we buy from a shop it wont let us use items bought but if we spawn them in they work
Start inventory seperatly in cfg not in a folder like [qb] or [inventory] etc…
Made a purchase over 24 hours ago, the shop gave me the wrong framework and i have been completley ignored when asking for support in the discord…
When are you going to reply to me and give me my order.
I just paid you over 85 Euros for a script to be completley ignored.

Your store was rigged. No matter what product you added to the basket, if you came back to the basket later it would let you checkout then ask for a framework version, i chose ESX.
I refused your 50% discount and bought the product again for full price and you dont even have the backbone to take responsibility for your broken website, that you have now changed after complains from people.
The final checkout page after the basket asks for the framework version. why did you set your site up to scam people, make them buy it again, then you instantly removed the option when i said i was contacting tebex>?
You are the lowest of the low. the script is encrypted and can be revoked at anytim. I will be reporting you to tebex and CFX.
I have spent over 3000 Pounds on scripts from all the top developers and never had ONE problem like this before with such a dishonest being.

As i see you were replied to and don’t forget that replies take time due to many customers. The store is not at fault here you bought QB framework and that is what you have received.
can you add support for intergrating other scripts that call on an inventore
