Controller not working (both ps5 and xbox) gta-net-rdr3

Hello everyone i got a problem on RedM .
When i try to play with my controllers nothing work ,i try to activate and else on steam and big pictures mod ,but on steam everything work fine ;even on rdr2 i tried and everything work prefect .
i did try to use ds4window to make my ps5 controller work but nothing work so i come here for help because when i quit i got the error message dwon bellow “RedM” stop working" so i guess its connected ,thanks for your help and thanks for your time

What did you do to get this issue?When i quit the game,just after when evrything is close i get the message
