Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? Yes
System specifications: RX580 Sapphire Nitro+ 8GB VRAM, I5-8600K, 16GB RAM DDR4 2666Mhz
CitizenFX crash zip file (‘Save information’ on a crash): It Didn’t Crash

.dmp files/report IDs: don’t know what that is to be honest.

What is the issue you’re having? Constant Frame Dropping and Game Stttutering and it gets worse when driving.

What are you trying to do? I’m just trying to play

What have you tried already to fix the issue? I tried everything, reinstalled fivem, windows, gpu drivers.

What did you do to get this issue? 8 months ago i think.

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful! Basically all of them but i’m playing on algerian servers like : Galaxy Dz Roleplay, Sa7ra Dz Roleplay
