Connection failed - Steam missing

Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? Win7, not up to date, but I have a friend who has Win10, up to date and same problem.
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes.

System specifications 8GB RAM, GTX 650 Ti Boost (2GB), i5-4570 @ 3.20 GHz
What did you do to get this issue? Nothing, it just suddenly happened when trying to connect to a server the next time.
What server did you get this issue on? It happens on some servers, but on some it doesn’t.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? No.

Also add what you already tried so far.
Verifying integrity of games files, reinstalling FiveM.
