Hey everyone,
I’ve noticed a growing concern among legitimate server owners, and I think it’s something worth openly discussing.
There are servers clearly breaking FiveM’s Terms & Conditions—whether it’s through pay-to-win mechanics, unauthorized use of copyrighted content, or other violations such as selling straight in game cash on their tebex page—and yet they remain live and active for 1-2 months after being reported. Meanwhile, servers trying to play by the rules are left wondering what the enforcement process actually looks like.
I understand that moderation takes time and resources, but the inconsistency is frustrating and honestly discouraging. It feels like smaller, rule-abiding servers are at a disadvantage while larger ones seem to bypass scrutiny even when they’re obviously breaking the rules.
Has anyone else experienced this or reported a server only to see it stay online for weeks after? Would love to hear thoughts from other server owners—and hopefully some insight from the moderation team if possible.
Let’s keep it respectful, but real. This kind of transparency matters for the future of our community.
Thanks!
