Compact Grenade Launcher Shoots Unreasonably Fast in when Driving

    Production, server version is v1.0.0.13227
  2. What you expected to happen
    The Compact Grenade Launcher shoots at it’s regular rate when not in a vehicle.
  3. What actually happens
    It shoots extremely fast in bursts when driving vehicles it can be used in (ex. motorcycles, seasharks, etc.). The amplified when using a script like vMenu that lets you have infinite ammo.

  5. Reproducible steps, preferably with example script(s)
    Install vMenu onto a server, give yourself a compact grenade launcher, and enable infinite ammo. Then ride a motorcycle and hold down the left mouse button.
