Care and attention to the guild meaning removing active users from roles meant for, you guessed it. Active users, without so much as a hint towards why and no mention of it to the users affected by it.
I guess it’s better late than never to actually get more people onboard to handle the tickets instead of letting them rot for months at a time while fussing about. Let me guess, they’re “trusted” members of the community, willing to work for free
They don’t do it for free. They get Rockstar merch for their hours of help towards the community just like the moderators in the aforementioned guild. Even the ones that are inactive and don’t do anything. But hey, keep them around but remove actual active people from that stupid new role because they don’t follow the narrative.

I’ve added you cause I wanted to approach you regarding concerns you brought up in various places. Would you be happy for me to set up a chat with me you and another element to discuss?
The other element, titanium, only posted 4 messages, while neon and I had over 50. While I was somewhat satisfied with the responses, I strongly expressed that my opinions did not only represent my own interests, but were aligned with dozens of other outspoken community figures and a number of people who didn’t want to get too involved.
I asked for them to address everything publicly and told them I would try to calm some of the discussions and keep things positive – then the drama of the “open letter” thread occurred and it seemed like they were going to be forced to make some statements. We’ve had almost nothing.
The only reasons I even really stopped with the larger discussions is because
I wanted to give them some time to discuss matters internally.

I came to the conclusion that Cfx was not being ran by mature nor responsible individuals.
I received some disturbing claims which made me uncomfortable and unwilling to strongly engage in any drama with the team.
Wow at least they attempted to talk to you, I got told that internally someone said “I tried reaching out to Smallo with no success” when absolutely no attempt was made, so that was cool, they lie to each other as well I guess. This was months and months ago, when the acquisition first happened.
