Coloured Smoke for Jets

I am looking to see if someone would be able to make a script that allows for the use of coloured smoke on jets mainly. I know there is one out there, however, the smoke disappears after a few seconds and does not linger in the sky. I know with one of the DLC updates they included smoke countermeasures but do not know how to code the script so it can do as such. I will leave a video below to show what I mean. It would be good as well If the smoke was more instant in going on and off.

I havent found the way of doing it like the smoke in gta 5 though, i will try to figure it out

Yes this is the one I refer to initially however, I can not figure out how to make it last longer before disappearing.
