Maybe work on your support instead of pumping out new scripts? I have issues with your script and there’s like 0 support, just look in their discord at all the people not getting help before you buy.

Yeah go ahead and check our discord feedback channel you will see most of our customer are satisfied with the support. If the customers doesnt help us solving their issue its not on us.

Don’t even begin to try and blame the customer, i have spent a shit ton on your shop and you guys have closed my ticket twice, after staff have done nothing but tag other staff with 0 response from them until the ticket times out… 6 hours btw is the timeout for tickets, if you don’t respond in 6 hrs it gets closed… goodluck sleeping lol.
You can easily just search the support thread to see how many people are having issues with tickets being closed on them.
Once again i suggest you stop trying to blame your customers for reporting issues with your scripts such as hunting where you can literally duplicate weapons very easily.
I will say though i got really good support from you guys with the issue i had with the chat system, i’m not sure why this time is so different.

We dont close tickets due to channel limit on discord tickets getting closed by our bot if you dont reply in 6 hours. That might be the reason and i m sorry if you faced something like that on our support. We are on discord to help any customer. I m not trying to blame you
