What is the issue you’re having? : While playing last week i have been getting multiple times timed out by CNL
What are you trying to do?: I’m trying to find multiple reasons for this issue besides “third party software” which i have already heard
What have you tried already to fix the issue?: Right now i cannot recreate the error whatsoever since from last week CFX’s issues have been resolved.

Hello, i had this same issue without using any sort of cheats/■■■■■ and after the error the anticheat of the server ( is an actual person ) banned me and he is 100% sure this happens ONLY when using ■■■■■ wich is not true , we need some kind of proof to send them that this can maybe happen from other third party platforms like OBS/Parsec/Soundpad/Discord or it could be a internet Port problem for example i have my connection ports on closed by default, even after making a ticket to ■■■■■ their reply was ( we don’t have much information about this error ). Thanks for your time.
So far he has tried everything up to and including formatting his computer and reinstalling from scratch, checking ports, firewall, disabling antivirus, etc. he’s on Windows 11. Any support appreciated.

People told me that it had to do with a third party software, and I tried everything, I restarted my whole pc, unfortunately this issue got me banned from a server I’ve been on for two years, they claimed I was using cheats which I never once have, it’s somthing with my five m for sure because it’s happening in other servers to please some one help me I’m begging, because if this keeps up with me I’ll no longer be able to play gta
My friend and I are trying to troubleshoot. A lot of people keep saying 3rd party software but weve ruled that out. Current theory is that it’s a network issue. My buddy is replacing his modem and router today and we are going to see if that helps.

Anvil, I have been following your responses related to this CNL issue. If you have or find a solution, please reach out. I am going crazy trying to fix this. Likewise, if I find anything I will be sure to come over and let you know.
I’m hoping someone has a fix to this. My friends been having the same problem for the last few days making the servers she goes on almost unplayable. She plays RedM though so I think it is a CFX issue rather than anything to do with specific servers.
We’ve cleared every cache known to man
Deleted any graphics mods or other mods for both FiveM and RedM
deleted any interfering software
tried VPN’s
Disabled firewalls and antivurus
changed her IP address
Changed DNS servers
flushed the DNS
and a million other things.
I’m pretty confident its some sort of network issue only affecting certain people for a reason I don’t yet understand and not a software issue.
May just be a case of waiting for a small CFX update or something but if someone does find a fix I would love to figure this out.
I’m having the same issue. Please update me if you find out a resolution. It’s been happening for about a week and a half now and the game is not playable for me either.
Myself and a RedM server owner is having this as well as a member or two of mine his is much worse then mine, But its really effecting us we can stay in around about 40min to 1.5 hours before we get CNL timed out. He is USA and I’m UK

I’ve been having this problem for the last 2 or so weeks and it’s just getting worse by the day.
I have tried everything as others have stated above. No fix found yet and seems to no common factors with each crash.
I am experiencing this on RedM so seems to be a CFX issue possibly since we are all having similar problems during the last 2 weeks or so.
Please if anyone finds a solve for this it would be a life saver but I am starting to think this is something that needs to be helped by a CFX update.
My friend was able to fix the issue. It was a network related issue that stemmed from his use of a router. He spoke to his ISP and got an updated routers and presto it worked.
While I don’t think this solution will work for everyone, it certainly a) is an option worth exploring and b) provides a fair degree of confidence that this specific error is caused by a network issue, likely related to the relationship between hardware firmware and game updates.
It’s either Cfx Issue or Player issue. I’ve now tried setting up 3 servers. Either of them were hosted on different platforms / hosting providers and all were without any additional resources.
