I just filed a claim against your latest “Hair Package” video for repurposing my assets without permission, and your package was removed from Tebex almost instantly.

Your showcase items are branded with obvious “stamping” to cover logos, and in other timestamps the original logos are clearly visible. That alone is a serious risk for any server owner.

On top of that, you’re showcasing assets that don’t even belong to you. Some of which are freely available on GTA5-Mods. Pathetic.

This pack only includes jbib, lowr, accs, hair, and decl files created by me, TideFN, and NotJefe — all with their agreement. Chains and other accessories are by Cardo, Antarzy, and NotJefe, who are all close friends of mine, and they’re not even in this pack, that’s why it’s not focused or mentioned in the showcasing video. Feel free to ask them yourself instead of spreading false claims.

It’s funny how you been dragging old grudges into every thread I post. And what’s even funnier is how you had to bring your buddy to pose as some “random” praising you in your own post, and now you dragging him here to back you up against me. All that just shows you more focused on me than on your own work.

X Studios is abusing YouTube’s automated copyright process to false claim my video’s. That’s what happened to my video’s. Anyone who has dealt with it knows it’s an annoying process. I’m in conversation with a lawyer either way, he’s literally breaking the law. lol

Regarding X Studio, I have no affiliation with them, barely interacted on their Discord server, and never received a cent. Me and five other creators even filed DMCA notices to remove their packs from Tebex.

They once proposed a “collaboration” to make a police pack, but never intended to pay me, so I stopped talking and blocked them. Later, I found out they scammed at least 10 other creators in similar ways. My interaction with them lasted just 15 days (Aug 4–19)

If you’re upset thinking I “got back" at you by reporting your YouTube copyright, that’s not the case, i had nothing to do with it.

For the Tide situation, it was just a miscommunication. I asked permission and promised to split the cut for his work on Instagram. I had a friend confirm it was only a misunderstanding, and he’s cool with it.

About the hair pack, I apologize. I included a few mods from 5mods, not realizing it would upset anyone, less than 10 out of 100 just to fill up the pack, and I have no excuse to defend that. Once it was reported, I stopped and had no intention of reposting it.

I deleted the post because I realized there was no point in arguing; it’s not worth wasting energy beefing for 2–3 years, we’re not that young anymore. But your continued claim that I stole mods for my new pack is false.
