Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Avast Antivirus (I had this problem before I used it)
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? No

What did you do to get this issue? Nothing, it happened a few years ago and I tried for months to get it fixed however I gave up. I reinstalled GTA twice as well as FiveM

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, 'all of them by itself isn’t useful! The issue is not occurring when I join a server, it’s when I start FiveM

It seems there’s some software (‘Lenovo Nerve Center’?) injecting into the game, probably causing this crash. Disabling/uninstalling that could help.

I have a PC made by Lenovo, it’s preinstalled on the PC. I will be trying your fix and will post an update if it works
