Character down on the ground

What is the issue you’re having?

Hello, when i press up arrow in D-pad of my controller the character body down on he’s face.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

I check key binds every thing good also try the restore the key binds still same issue nothing change.

What server did you get this issue on?
