We have created an srv record for our server, which actually works. The server and server data are loaded, but it says Server … loading or failed to load (Address:30120)
However, the port displayed is incorrect. The correct port is referenced, the connection is established, but something different is displayed.
Can you please show us the srv record and your server.cfg? Make sure to hide the ip and hostnames
About the srv record it shoud point to an “A” record with the actual ip address, the game port should be open for both tcp and udp on that ip address, and in server.cfg you have to override the hostname to the srv record you set (ex: play.example.com) and override the ip and port to the actual ip and port
