My wife and I are running a server. The server is running under my ID with me as the owner. I have purchased/downloaded several assets with no issues, since I am the owner. My wife purchased an asset and is trying to transfer it to me within her keymaster, but she is not receiving any confirmation email to validate the transfer. She only has one email address, so the issue is not with forgetting which account she uses with CFX. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
