BUCKO_CCTV V2 — WATCH EVERYTHING. CONTROL ANYWHERE.
Your entire UI was built by AI, I use AI daily so I can spot an AI script easily. Everything from the UI shape and buttons used indicate it was designed by AI.
I find it more problematic that this is still being justified instead of simply saying: “Yes, AI was used” and leaving it at that.
A free release is fine, but especially with AI-generated scripts, making it closed source makes even less sense. Nobody can properly verify the code quality, performance, unnecessary loops, or what is actually happening in the background.
Using AI as a development tool is not the issue. But if the UI, JS/CSS and parts of the problem solving were handled by AI, then either release it properly as open source so people can review and improve it, or invest the time into making it a polished paid release with a proper custom UI and optimized code.
“It’s free” should not be an excuse for questionable code quality or lack of transparency.
ok for start yes maybe i was not clear in the post about using ai to help create the UI side of things .. BUT that is not in the rules that we have to do that.
why lock the files
this is simple to answer .. there are scumbag out there that using FREE released scripts/maps and making server files and selling them .. so yes im going to lock my free releases so should everyone else.. why should people make money from other people work even if they did use ai to make / help make there script.
feel free to go on youtube and search “fivem server files for sale” you will see there many people selling files thats full of leaked / free scripts/maps
Even if files are escrowed and locked, they can and will crack the code over and over again and do the same thing. I (and many many many more) don’t want to use scripts build (partly) by AI. The UI is AI, your “advertisement” poster is AI, so why should we not think the whole script is AI?
We cannot check it, because you locked it… I would also lock my AI generated files… Before you know somebody finds out the real truth behind the locked files…
AI doesnt understand FiveM or the performance. It will create unnecessary thread loops which will get your resmon high and your FPS low. Nobody will be able to check it…
My opinion for everyone is to stay far away from locked AI generated trash… but yes, that’s only my opinion.
ok .. cant wait for you to post on everyone else ai script saying the same shit .. quit crying over a free release .. i fully understand if i was charging money for this .. BUT I AINT .. quit crying
That’s exactly the point though “it’s free” doesn’t make criticism invalid.
Nobody is saying you’re not allowed to lock your files, and nobody is saying using AI itself is forbidden. You can absolutely use escrow and AI if that’s how you want to release your work.
But once you choose to lock the code, people also have every right to question what’s actually running behind it especially when the UI, promotional material and parts of the development are clearly AI-assisted.
And saying “quit crying, it’s free” doesn’t really address any of the concerns raised about performance, code quality or transparency.
Free scripts can still have bad loops, poor optimization or unnecessary resource usage. In fact, because it’s locked, users have fewer ways to verify or fix those things themselves.
If your code is clean and optimized, great. Then criticism shouldn’t be a problem. But “it’s free” is not a quality standard and it’s not an argument against technical criticism.
At the end of the day everyone can decide for themselves whether they want to use it just like people are allowed to explain why they personally wouldn’t.
Was going to check this out, regardless of AI or locked files, but the interaction with the community just blacklisted you as a developer for any and all of my current and future needs. I wish you the best, but I’m sorry; your lack of professionalism or self-awareness is gross.
