Casino textures and props bugged

Hi there,
Im currently having some issues with a map that Ive installed for the casino (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ANFZ9grNyD4), Some textures are bugging and changing all the time and also alot of casino props are missing. I also use mapbuilder and Ipl if that helps.
Im I missing some FiveM Files?
