The following is a combined resource which consists of both the Casino DLC and the Cayo Perico DLC for FiveM. There are still a few bugs but most are already known.
Issue has been resolved
I made a mistake in this build. In the FXManifest.lua scroll to the bottom and remove the following lines
data_file ‘AUDIO_GAMEDATA’ ‘dlchei4_game.dat’
‘dlchei4_game.dat151.rel’,
‘dlchei4_sounds.dat54.rel’,
As well as the corresponding lines for the Vinewood and heist3 files
A few things to note on this release is the fact that it does NOT contain any MLOs for the Casino. This release includes the following types of items:
-Animations
-Vehicles from the MPSum, Casino, Cayo Perico DLCs
-New Peds
-EUP from MPSum, Casino, Cayo Perico DLCs
-The Cayo Perico Island
-A minimap for the Cayo Perico Island
-All heist files (excluding the casino)

Some open wheel cars I forgot to add. I will work on that at a later date
The following bugs which exist are as follows:
RESOLVED: Bug 1. The water issue still persists where water goes onto the island.
Ongoing issue: Bug 2. The house which has the pool on the Cayo Perico island is doing a bug similar to that of the Casino had done and is acting as if there is no water there.
RESOLVED: Bug 3. There is also another bug that causes certain trees on the island to be distorted. It is currently being looked into but it covers tiny section so its not as big of a deal as some may think.
PARTIALLY RESOLVED: Bug 4. Another bug that has been found is with the casino which is not included in the release. The bug consists of the new casino nightclub. When attempting to utilize the nightclub it is essential you only use the exterior of the casino as it is located at the current location of the casino. I would suggest Mr. Brown’s Casino MLO with the exterior part and the Teleport for the main portion of the casino and simply add a teleport location through the menu utilized on your server (if you have one). Alternatively, if you have Clawles Casino it functions perfectly with the new heist
Ongoing Issue: Bug 5
There is a fairly minor issue with some of the vehicles in the newest update causing some of them to have no engine sound. As well as the mini tank causes people to crash

Also keep in mind this is a combination of the Cayo Perico and the Casino DLC. As a result resources such as the mp3heist, casino vehicles, mpvinewood, or any other heist addons are unnecessary as they are already included in this resource.
The following are not configured: New Cayo Perico DLC Weapons and Vehicle weapons however the files are in there if anyone wants to give them a shot
Bugs known to remain: Snow particles will fall from the sky due to it being the former location of the North Yankton IPL. I have only found a single fix for it which is to use Natural Vision Evolved, in addition to the other bugs listed above. If anyone else has a suggestion of a fix for it please let me know.
Special Notice
When utilizing this resource it is highly recommended to update to the latest server artifact. Also be sure to set the following in the server.cfg
+set sv_enforceGameBuild 2189
Another update coming soon. This update will fix various issues the last version had. The update will have the newest files for eup to utilize as well as all the vehicle, peds, audio, etc. should all function fully after this update. The issue with the specific files not loading should also be fixed as well. Unfortunately the boat weapons and the weapons were unable to be fixed. I have finished the testing phase and the update will be available shortly. The calm water script will also be implemented within the resource so you will NOT need to install calm water anymore (to modify the calm water file navigate to mpheist4 > client > water.lua. In addition credits to @Smallo for supplying everyone with the Poly Fix resource implemented within his YMAP YBN Mover. In addition thanks to @ocrp for their minimap script which I have implemented into the resource to allow everyone to have a minimap with postals (Cayo Perico unfortunately does not have postals)
