This only happens on 1 server, but only for me. And not all cars does this

Lower the number / sizes of your custom assets (vehicles, MLOs, EUP items…)
Stuff like this usually happens if you have a number of high-poly custom vehicles in an area. The game can only support a finite number of polygons at any given time and if it runs out of that limit, it just quits displaying everything above the limit.
