I’m not sure how well they can uphold that TOS considering they’re literally selling branded models, i’m sure without permission.
The assumption here is that OP didn’t get permission to use this model.
The model’s seller page says:
“Of course we can discuss a custom copyright agreement if you need to use the models in a commercial project. You pay - You’re the boss!”
If you have doubts about them having rights, contact that site and check.
A $130 car that was originally unrigged and only used for renders selling for $20 and drivable in video games and you’re saying that’s expensive lol the average costs for simple models like this are expensive, FiveM community are getting deals tbh
