Car brands on RP server

Hello,

Today, I loaded a BMW M5 F90 onto my server, removed the BMW logos, and noticed that there’s a 3D model name associated with it. I’m wondering if these model names are permissible without me taking a risk, as long as the main brand “BMW” is not present on the car itself.

If not, is there a way to remove the 3D text?

If it’s a real-life model (even without the logos), you are still not in the clear as that can be construed as an IP infringement, which is against the current PLA. Your best bet is to not use the vehicle at all.
