Car Braking Randomly when Driving on Server

What did you do to get this issue? Just driving and car randomly braking
What server did you get this issue on? Omerta Roleplay

So basically when our players on server drive their car randomly brakes, it is very annoying and we are trying to fix but are unsuccessful. We tried to restart all of the vehicle scripts we have and stopped some but issue is still here. If someone can help it would be great.
