Can't Upload new Assets on keymaster

I’m mlo creator, found out about Asset Escrow and I can’t upload Asset
Zipped file’s , in fxmanifest.lua fx_version 'bodacious' game 'gta5' this_is_a_map 'yes' lua54 'yes'

I Tryed lua54 'on" , still the same , cant find more information how to upload, cause everytime I’m trying it says invalid (why?)
