Came home from work today and started up the application and I got this error:
I was able to play just a few days ago with NO changes to my plugins and/or siren modifications.
The plugins that I have installed are as follow:
BVA
PLD
TrainerV
Lamda Menu
OpenInteriors
(Including the respective .ini files).
I also have the following sound modifications:
Smart Siren (Gravelroadcop’s)
Weapon sounds (Unknown author)
As stated above, I was able to play the game just days—if not yesterday—ago. Now I can’t start it at all.

Your problem is your sound files. Replace the modded sound files with the original, I have had a similar issue but i resolved it.The problem is that because you added sound mods into your game, you Modified the RPF File which Caused the Game to think its Modded and won’ let it start. The work-Around fix " To get Modded Sirens" for this, you have to Cheat the System by Re Encrypting your " Resident RPF file." The Program you will need is called “ArchiveFix” http://gtaforums.com/topic/871168-affix-fix-your-rpf-archives-and-work-without-openiv/ Please Note your siren file NEEDS TO BE 15.7 mb or less, anything more will give you That error that your having or either wont work in game.
