Cant shoot or do damage to other users

Hi! It is not possible for anyone on the server to shoot or make damage to other players.
Any suggestions how I can solve this? I dont recall that I have used a trainer or something like that.

I tried to download this: [Release] Scammer's Script Collection (09/03/17)
With no success. My server say that it was unable to load the PvP file that I put in my resources.

I also tried to edit “local pvpEnabled" in essential folder, but it was already set to true, so I am not sure what to do.

I had it installed, but i uninstalled it recentely. Could it be an option in the vMeny that is still in?
