Reinstalling FiveM, deleting caches file,verify caches through steam
When I see server on serverlist i can see 30/32 players, but when i connect and check playerlist it’s 1/32. I can see chat, but can’t see any player

Try joining a server with fewer players then try to go to where a player actually is to verify if they can see you or not. If they cannot see you either then it looks like you are possibly ending up in a split session.
