Can't make hook work on a vehicle and cant make trailer attach a car

Hello, I am new to modding servers and I am trying to help a friends who are starting FiveM RP server.
I started finding some mods and most of them worked, but some of them don’t, for example I have added this truck:

MTL Flatbed Tow Truck [Add-On / Replace | Non-ELS | Liveries | Template]

And we cant make it hook the car.
Also we have added this trailer:

Open Car Trailer [Add-On] [.Net Script]

And we can lower the ramp, we can open the front toolbox, but we can’t attach the trailer to a car and we cant make the car on the trailer to stay there, it is moving free.
Please someone explain to me step by step what to do to make those functions work. Thanks in advance
