Hello, this is a friendly reminder because this is your first time creating a topic (or it has been a while since your last topic) in this category.
Please note that most of the support is provided by the Cfx.re community on a voluntary basis. We ask you to be patient; there is no guarantee we have a solution to your problem(s). To avoid unnecessary/duplicate topics, please browse the forums before creating a topic.
To improve your chances of your issue(s) being solved, please provide as much information as possible about the issue(s) you are having. Also —whenever possible— please use the template given to you when creating a topic.
When the template asks for “Steam/CD/Social Club?”, it is asking for the version of the game that you use (the vendor you bought the game from). Since GTA V is now listed on Epic Games, that could also be an answer.
This error occurs when the Social Club account you’re logging into doesn’t have GTA V registered to it. If you have never played GTA V before, make sure to start the game normally and register it to your Rockstar Games account.
If that does not fix your issue, please state the version of the game that you’re using.
If this solves your issue, please mark it as the answer so others with the same problem can find it easily
