**What is the issue you’re having?**Hi i have recently just purchased GTA V and downloaded fivem. I go to load up FiveM and it wants me to log into my rockstar games social club account, i punch in all the right credentials and it even send me the verification code to my email i punch that in then it takes me back to the the previous page to punch my credentials in again i do so and it loads for about 5 seconds and then produces this error in the picture. Please can someone help me. Thanks in advance.

What are you trying to do? im trying to get online to play time2rp, i got accepted last week on the whitelist so i downloaded the game and fivem but i havent been able to load fivem up past this point.

What have you tried already to fix the issue? i have followed certain guides on youtube and from this forum but nothing has seemed to work, to me it feels like five5 isn’t registering that i have gta or something or that fivem and rockstar cant seem to sync. i have disabled all anti virus and firewall, deleted and reinstalled fiveM 3/4 times. i have completed loaded into and started a new story mode of gta so i know the game is working just cant seem to get it to work with fivem

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful! the pictures below ive tried to create a time line as to what happens on fivem then the fivem app closes down, and then sometimes not every time - 3/4 mins later i will get a notification to say i have been logged out of the launcher app because im logged in somewhere else but im not.

Try logging into GTAV itself without FiveM, make sure you load into Online all the way - then try using FiveM.

so just realised i cant log into gta v online, i complete the prolouge and then i get two alert screens. This is a nightmare!

Use another connection, a VPN if you can as well, for a test - this is more of a general issue with your setup, not FiveM specifically
