What did you do to get this issue? I just installed fivem and tried to launch it.
What server did you get this issue on? N/A. Every server i tried to join at random.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.

I have tried to disable Firewall, Antivirus protection, Reinstalled both GTA and FiveM, Verified the game files via Steam.

Update: I fixed the issue, My routers firewall settings blocked it.
