i installed GTA V, Launched it and played through prolouge. Shut the game down and installed Fivem. However FiveM never fully launched, i get an error, the one in screenshot. And from there nothing happens. It does not matter when i attempt to launch FiveM, steam and r* launcher both fully closed via taskmanneger. Or when i have just done a full restart of the PC. I always get that same message.
I feel as if i have tried everything at this point, and spent hours trying to work out the issue.
Please help.

Hello everyone, maybe I have exactly the same problem. For almost two months now, I haven’t been able to do anything with Five M. I’ve tried everything over and over again but it doesn’t want to work. The Five M stops working after a few seconds and the error report does not give me any information.
I have also seen this error from R *. I think I have seen it after reinstalling the Five M or when I verify the GTA.
I install the Five M installer in the GTA folder to do the installation, is that correct?
The “AppData\Local\FiveM\FiveM.app\plugins” folder is empty.
This is my old post and the problem still exists
@M.Jay You are the only one who has tried to help me and I appreciate that.
It seems I found a solution.
I think the issue was, that when uninstalling FiveM. I was still left with a couple of folders in the Application data folder. Specifically the “bin, cache, citizen and plugins” folders.
I got rid of them by running my pc in safemode. Then reinstalled FiveM.
However i still get the “Error: GTA V is already running message” but now FiveM launches after a few seconds.
Im not entirely certain how i solved the problem, but it seems to be solved.
