What is the issue you’re having?
Hello,
I’m currently unable to join FiveM due to the following error:
“Your account is already being used to play on FiveM or RedM. Please end your current session first, and try to connect again.
Error ID: au_qd8exxvuljby2_hpxe8_23kg76qfybvl3_asbe8”
I have already tried:
- Restarting my PC
- Checking Task Manager to make sure FiveM is not running
- Restarting my router
- Waiting more than 10 minutes and trying again
But the issue still persists.
I’m sure no one else is using my account.
Can someone from the support team help me reset or terminate the ghost session that might be causing this?
