I uninstalled FiveM because i was gonna re-install it to see if it fixed the crashes. Now i cant download it because it says FiveM already is installed but i have no working FiveM application on my PC

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Uninstalled FiveM completely, got no working FiveM on my PC but it says i still have it installed already
You cleared it from your recycling bin?
its probably a left over file somewhere try using a uninstaller program to get rid of all files and logs then try again
Cant find anything, 
Have you tried saving the FiveM executable in a new folder and running it from the new folder?
