Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? YES
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? YES

Also add what you already tried so far.
so i installed redm and instead of giving me the option to find the rdr2 .exe it takes me to the rockstar social club login and just gives me a infinite loading screen on the social club. i asked a friend and he said he didnt even have to log into his social club.
