Can't Generate Server Key

Hello,

I am unable to generate a Key for my server due to a connection timeout between CloudfFlare and the keymaster.fivem.net server
Attached are the settings I’m using and the error I receive when attempting to generate a key.

I have disabled my AV thinking it maybe preventing the captcha but the issues still persisted.
