Can't edit top speed

Hi,
I have a problem with my handling line. I can’t edit the top speed of the vehicle (other cars work). The max. speed is 200 kph but it should be 300 kph. Does someone know how to fix that problem?

P.S: Sorry for my English

Did you try lowering the fInitialDragCoeff value?

When it is too high, the drag becomes too much to overcome for the vehicle even if it could go faster.

I have already tried that, but unfortunately has brought nothing.

In the vehicles.meta, is the handlingID name the same as the one in the handling.meta? If not, make sure it is.

Yeah it‘s the same but thank you for helping

Let me try making it work on my localhost and get back to you.

Alright, got it working for you (or at least in my localhost the top speed is 305kph in a superflat road, so it might even go faster in bumpy roads due to GTA V physics (if that’s a problem for you, just change the to something lower.
Here is the resource FiveM ready:

I hope it helps!

omg you are the best! It works! Thank you… May I ask what was the problem?

Could I ask you another question?

I don’t really know what the problem was on your side to be honest, I just downloaded the resource from GTA V mods, then created my own handling.meta file (by going into openIV, searching in GTA V files the handling of BUFFALO2 (which was being used by the car) and copying it in my new handling.meta file). From there I just started tweaking values until I got the result you wanted. Sometimes the problem can just be a space in the handling.meta file that fucks up everything. So sometimes it’s worth just starting from scratch.

And yes of course, you can ask other questions, no problem, I’m happy to help!

Ok then I know what I can check the next time in the handling.

Do you know what could be the problem when I convert Add-on Vehicles to FiveM that they don‘t spawn (I checked the ytd file bigness, it is ok)?

Does it have to be a fxmanifest.lua file or can a resource.lua file be used?

Thank you for helping!

Let me check them in my localhost and come back to you again : P

Just tested them all, everything works fine for me, I can spawn them in and change their handlings as I please. Just in case, I’ll post you my resource here:

If you want to pack these with the Camaro from before, just merge the data and stream folders, the fxmanifest is made in a way so that you don’t have to update it everytime you add a vehicle.

Btw the spawn names are:
bc → for the Pagani
f4090 → for the Ferrari
pts21 → for the Porsche
