On what UpdateChannel= are you? Can be found in your citizenfx.ini

specific/portability-rdr3 is old, just set it to canary or remove the line

Like said above, please check if you have that line in your citizenfx.ini and remove the line

If you’re still having the issue, then try adding

UpdateChannel=canary

And see if that fixes it for you.
