Can't connect to server(Stuck on downloading content)

Problem: When i connect to a server i get stuck in ‘‘Downloading Content’’

GTA V version? newest
Up to date? yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? Windows 10
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? i reinstalled fivem 5 times
Error screenshot (if any) No i try connect to server but it gets stuck on Downloading content
System specifications broken english im sorry idk
What did you do to get this issue? Nothing i were on vacation for 10 days after it didnt work
What server did you get this issue on? Every server

Also add what you already tried so far.
Reinstall fivem (5 times)
Talked to a dev about Firewalls about it

And now i dont know what to do ?

May cause i got a fivem ban?
i think it allready ran out but im not sure.

citizenfx.log isn’t a folder it’s a file please add it to your post

make sure you got space in your hard drives.
did you try to turn off your firewall? and try again?
try joining a pinned or a vanilla server

tried firewall with a DEV
Pinned and Vanilla tried both?

got the same, i’m trying to find a fix for some hours, i reinstalled Gta V, Steam, Windows 10 pro, deleted cache reinstalled FiveM 4 times.
