A couple days before this was happening I was connecting to the server perfectly fine then today I cant im stuck on “requesting server variables” then it says “Failed to fetch server variables. Failed to connect to (MY IP) port 30120 after 21014 ms: Timed out - CURL error code 28 (Timeout was reached)” then I cant connect, ive tried all these youtube tutorials and nothing helped, i asked my hosting about the issue and sill nothing I asked devs, everybody i could and still nothing I even deleted fivem and gta and still nothing and I ported my server the correct way and that didnt work either idk what to do at this point.
Well, the connection times out completely so two things: make sure the actual game server is running, and make sure the ports are forwarded correctly (and the firewall stuff, of course). If you’re renting the server hardware, the support staff of where you’re hosting it should be able to look at the networking setup to make sure it’s functioning as intended.
