Cant connect to FiveM Server

I get this error when connection to a specific server:

  1. Obtaining configuration from server failed. Error state: Failed to connect to 45.13.59.171 port 30120: Timed out - CURL error code 28 (Timeout was reached)

What i did:

  1. Set rules windows firewall
  2. Turned firewall off
  3. Openen UDP and TCP ports 30120

So, this is a common reason of FiveM, this is a server issue, although it could also be a client issue, though it is highly unlikely.

What you would need to do is continue trying to reconnect to the server, if you are the owner, then restart the server or tell the owner to restart it. If that still does not work, restart your computer and start a fresh install of FiveM, Make sure that Steam has the game loaded, Some servers require steam to play on there server, You can see if steam is recognizing the game, by going to your profile and seeing Source SDK Base 2007.

If that does not work then you can try and restart your computer one more time, if it is still failing to connect to the server, you will haft to factory reset your computer, and do another fresh install of the game.
