Cannot see my server in the server list

Alright so I made a server and I opened a Port, I made Rules in the Windows firewall. but I can not see it in the server list (screenshot). And if friends want to join, they can’t. Neither threw the public server list.

But when i type in “localhost” my server comes up for me

How can i fix this?

Try to open your Router Ports, also, if you have ports :30120 opened you do not have to do nothing but if you have another port open, you need to change it in the server.cfg.
