Cannot Instsall FiveM to Gtav CURL code 56 error

What did you do to get this issue? I started up FiveM for the first time after redownloading it and it starts downloading the game cache then it freezes and pops up with the error
What server did you get this issue on? None

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? No

I tried to start fivem while it was in the gtav folder, i started it while it was on my desk top, I redownloaded fivem multiple time, I have a fresh/ new version of gtav because I redownloaded it yesterday, NONE OF THAT WORKED and I need help fining a solution.
